Do I need to provide electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I use customer electricity for mobile valeting appointments. I bring a professional reinforced extension cable, which can pass through a letterbox where suitable. An outdoor socket is ideal, but an indoor socket is also fine.

Do you need to have access to water?

How does multi car discount work?

Accepted Answer

If you book 2 to 4 vehicles at the same address on the same day, you will receive 10% off the eligible services.
When booking online, Wix may show the option as “Add a service” rather than “Add another car”. Please use this option to add each extra vehicle to your booking.
For example, if you want to book two cars, choose the service for your first car, then select “Add a service” to add the service for your second car. The discount will then be applied at checkout where eligible.

Are Membership Club cleans included in the multi-car discount?

Accepted Answer

No. Membership Club cleans are already priced as a regular maintenance service, so they are not included in the multi-car discount.
The multi-car discount also cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discount codes.

Question 5

What is the difference between a full valet and an interior deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A Full Valet is an in and out service and is the best all-round option for most customers. 
An Interior Deep Clean is more focussed on the inside of the vehicle and is ideal for dog hair, family mess, muddy footwells, spills, and heavier interior build up.

How should I prepare my car?

Accepted Answer

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables and child car seats before your appointment, especially for services that include interior cleaning. This allows me to clean the vehicle properly and helps prevent anything getting lost or damaged. For insurance reasons, I cannot remove or refit child car seats.

What happens if it rains on the day?

If the weather is too poor for exterior work or protection application, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule. However, if you have a garage or gazebo space available, we can often proceed with the service as planned.

Question 8

Do you charge extra for large cars. Examples of large cars?

Accepted Answer

Larger estates, 4x4s, seven-seaters, and executive SUVs will incur an additional charge due to the extra time required.  Please choose this option when booking the service. Vehicles such as the BMW X5, Range Rover Sport, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90, and Land Rover Discovery are examples of vehicles that are subject to a surcharge.

Do you do extra dirty or heavily soiled cars?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely YES. However, please note that you will need to let us know, so that we can allocate the extra time needed to get your car back up to a good standard.

Vehicles with excessive pet hair or heavy soiling that require more time than originally booked, may also incur an additional charge. In some cases, if there is another booking scheduled afterwards, the valet may not be fully completed within the allocated time. If this applies, we will discuss it with you on arrival before any work begins.

How long does a Valet take?

Basic Valet: around 2–2.5 hours.

Full Valet: around 3–3.5 hours.

Interior Deep Clean: around 3–3.5 hours.

Full Valet + Detail: around 5–6 hours.

Monthly Membership Clean: around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

How do I pay?

A £20 deposit is required for every booking online. You can either pay in full online, or we will take the balance from you in person at the end of the service. If you are not able to pay in person, please pay fully online when booking.
